Our team worked closely with the design concept to capture the venue’s relaxed yet refined beachside atmosphere — blending natural tones, tactile surfaces, and weather-resistant materials. The result is a seamless finish that enhances the venue’s warm, contemporary charm and complements its stunning seaside setting.
Textured Serenity
For this beachfront dining destination on J1 Beach, Kisco created a warm, tactile atmosphere using an earthy-toned Marmorino texture — a Venetian plaster technique known as Russian stamping. Applied across interior and exterior walls, the finish captures natural light beautifully, adding depth, movement, and a handcrafted character that complements Kaimana’s relaxed coastal aesthetic.
